Delivery & Pickup Policy

Currently available only in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. We hand-deliver every toy ourselves so it reaches you clean and complete.
Service area
We deliver and collect only within Jalgaon city limits, Maharashtra, India. If you are just outside the city, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Delivery time
Orders confirmed before 6 PM are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours. You will get a call or WhatsApp message before our team arrives.
Delivery charges
A small delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
At the time of delivery
Please check the toy with our team: parts, batteries and condition. Anything you point out at that moment is our responsibility, not yours.
Hygiene
Every toy is cleaned and sanitised before it leaves us and again after it comes back.
Pickup at the end of the rental
We contact you a few days before your rental ends to fix a pickup slot. Please keep the toy and all its parts ready in the original condition.
Missed or failed attempts
If nobody is available at the address at the agreed time, we will try once more free of cost. Repeated missed attempts may attract a small re-visit charge.
Extending a rental
Want to keep a toy longer? Tell us before the pickup date and we will extend it at the regular monthly rent.
